Spacious, comfortable and cozy apartment with afternoon and evening sun, and located on the ground floor in a very quiet place surrounded by dunes, 200m from the beach. Suitable for two people and dog or other pet. Ideally suited for enjoying a lovely holiday in Nes on Ameland.

The apartment is about 65 square meters. There is a separate toilet, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and shower. The bedroom has two 1-beds including duvets, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and two reading lamps. The living room has a dining area, a sofa with two chairs and a large plasma TV, stereo and books. Wireless internet is available. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher. A cot is available (for a child 3-4 years max)

This complex has five clusters and was built in 1995. The apartment is in cluster A on the ground floor (second terrace from left on photo 10). A cluster is the building far left of the first picture. The apartment is on the back of this to the side of the dunes and with views of the same dunes.

The complex has a daily presence manager who can help you with questions.

Details
In the central reception at the main entrance is a laundry. Washing powder and mints for this are available at the reception. At various places around the complex are bicycle racks and a large parking lot at the rear. Here is also the main entrance of cluster A. For entrance to number 16, is on the back to park and walk right past the building to the front door of cluster A. You get the pick of the key directions. Next to the lounge is a public pay phone.
